Brazil Carnival 2017 information

The Brazilian Carnival 2017 will be held on February 26, 27 and 28, 2017. This is valid for all city of Brazil, including Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paolo (Sao Paulo), Salvador, Recife and Florianopolis.
RIO DE JANEIRO
The Samba School Parade 2017 do Special Group at Sambadromo of Rio de Janeiro: Sunday February 26 and Monday February 27, 2017. The Rio de Janeiro Samba Champion parade will be on March 04, 2017.
Rio carnival technical rehearseals will begin on January 15, 2017 each Sunday.
SAO PAULO
Sao Paolo carnival 2017: the samba school parade at Anhembi sambadrome will be Friday, February 24 and Saturday February 25,2017.

Estacio de Sá opens the Big Parade Rio's Carnival 2016 And to start these marvellous parades, this Sunday Feb 7th at 21h00 (Brazil Time), in the Avenida Marquês do Sapucaí in downtown Rio de Janeiro, the red and white colours of the GRES Estacio de Sá will set the Avenue on fire and carry the crowd to ecstasy.

 The Sambódromo will be crowded from early at noon until Sunday morning (04:00 am), when the last Escola de Samba will end its parade.
During the second day of parade, the Monday Feb 8th, 2016 the crowd will admire a new group of Escola de Samba make their fantastic show, starting with the samba school Vila Isabel.
